◆Precautions for masks and air conditioners
Masks interfere with heat radiation and may cause breathing problems. Pay attention to water intake. Many air conditioners do not have a ventilation function, so be sure to open a window for ventilation.
◆The importance of communication
Be aware of changes in your physical condition and communicate regularly with your family and friends. Try to maintain a "physical distance" rather than a "social distance," and don't lose touch with people.
◆Cautions especially for the elderly
Many heat stroke cases occur indoors, especially among the elderly, who are considered to be vulnerable to heat stroke. It is important to talk to each other and pay attention to each other in order to prevent heat stroke.
