[Functionality improved] "Message Board" function added to Smart:DR disaster risk management system enhancement service

"Smart:DR" is a disaster response system for medical institutions that supports information sharing and redeployment of personnel to emergency sites in the event of a disaster, terrorist attack, or other emergency. The system enables smooth confirmation of the safety of staff and requests for assembly using smartphones and PCs, and prepares for the rescue of victims.
In the medical field, the spread of a new coronavirus infection is considered a "disaster". Due to the strong infectivity of the virus and the emergence of mutated strains that cause rapid worsening of symptoms, unforeseen circumstances are possible.
It has become necessary to communicate across departments and professions, for example, to a doctor with a different medical specialty for a specialized opinion, to a pharmacist for the administration of medication, and to an x-ray technician for emergency tests.

Under these circumstances, we have received many requests from medical professionals for Smart:DR to enhance its functions as a communication tool. Therefore, we added a "bulletin board function" to make it useful not only in emergencies, but also in daily medical practice.
Currently, in medical institutions, contacting other departments is done by PHS or internal phone. Many hospitals rely on in-hospital bulletin boards or printed materials to send out information from the General Affairs Division to all employees. Since there is no e-mail address dedicated to the hospital except for doctors, the bulletin board function has the advantage of facilitating the dissemination of information about the hospital.

◆Background of the request: Expectations for Smart:DR's unique functions

　-Simple operation and simultaneous sending to all registered users
　-Can be sent regardless of device (PC, smartphone, tablet) or application (email, LINE)
　-You can log in to My Page from a PC browser and check the contents

◆About the bulletin board function
　-You can check your contact history
　-Various distribution methods
　　　Can be sent directly to all staff and staff in the department
　　　Can be sent by the administrator or the head of the department within the department.
