The Chiba Outstanding Corporate Executive Award, sponsored by the Chiba Industrial Club, recognizes outstanding management skills with the aim of promoting small and medium-sized businesses in Chiba Prefecture. The awards are given to managers who have a "high entrepreneurial spirit" and practice "business growth and development.
The Himawari Venture Development Foundation aims to support venture businesses in Chiba Prefecture, contribute to the healthy development and revitalization of the prefecture's economy, and improve the lives of its citizens.

-Reasons for selection for the Himawari Venture Development Fund Award
The award is given to a team of emergency physicians from Chiba University Hospital who are well versed in the field of medicine and have teamed up with experts in the IT field to digitize medical care, as well as to a team of venture entrepreneurs who are leading effective activities in cooperation with Chiba City.
